About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled B2B Systems Alignment Consultant to join our team in Bryanston. As a key point of alignment between systems, data, and operational teams, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of our B2B Portal’s content and data. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver training, support, and implementation of standardized systems, procedures, and workflows across South Africa.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily audits of the companys B2B Portal to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data.
- Maintain the integrity of all content on the B2B Portal, ensuring information is up to date and fit for purpose.
- Ensure data is structured clearly, accessible, and user-friendly for customers and consultants.
- Monitor data quality and identify gaps, errors, or inconsistencies for correction.
- Provide ongoing support to internal teams using the B2B Portal, including Contracting, Quality Assurance, and Data Loading teams.
- Deliver onsite and virtual training to teams on B2B Portal standards, processes, and best practices.
- Support the implementation and adoption of standardized systems, procedures, and workflows across South Africa.
- Drive continuous improvement in how the B2B Portal is used, maintained, and governed.
Requirements
- Matric/Grade 12 Diploma in travel and tourism (or similar)
- Certificate in Management (or similar)
- 5 years experience within a systems environment
- 3 Years Tourplan advanced experience
- Management/supervisory experience
- Tour operator experience
- MS Office (excel advanced)
