Responsibilities:
Assist in generating new corporate leads and identifying potential business opportunities. Support the sales team in managing and nurturing relationships with existing corporate clients. Prepare and present sales proposals, presentations, and contracts to corporate clients. Assist in negotiating and closing sales deals to meet or exceed targets. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities. Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction. Coordinate and participate in corporate events, trade shows, and networking opportunities. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales performance in CRM systems. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery for corporate clients.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field. Previous experience in sales, or a related field within the hospitality sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure. Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
