Job Summary
- Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficient computer skills (MS Office, email, basic data entry).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and take accountability.
- Reliable transport to and from work.
- Beneficial: Exposure to the automotive or logistics sector.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and data capturing.
- Follow up with clients regarding orders, payments, or service-related queries.
- Handle and reconcile basic invoices and related documentation.
- Update and maintain internal records and spreadsheets accurately.
- Provide support to the workshop or sales team with admin-related needs.
- Assist in maintaining an organised and professional office environment.
- Uphold confidentiality and ensure accurate handling of all company information.
