About the Role

We are seeking a confident and well-presented Bartender to join our newly opened hotel in Camps Bay, Cape Town. As a hospitality professional with a passion for beverage service and guest interaction, you will be responsible for delivering excellent service while creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Engage with guests and provide a welcoming bar experience
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
  • Ensure responsible service of alcohol at all times
  • Work closely with the restaurant and service team during service periods
  • Assist with stock control and bar preparation where required

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years current experience working as a Bartender in a restaurant, bar, or hotel environment
  • Knowledge of cocktail preparation and beverage service
  • Grade 12 / Matric
  • Valid South African ID
  • Strong guest interaction and communication skills
  • Professional appearance and presentation
  • Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

About the Role
