The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in multi-entity environments, strong reconciliation and VAT expertise, and a solutions-driven approach. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, the ability to work across diverse business units, and confidence in managing complex financial processes within a dynamic hospitality-focused portfolio. Requirements: SAIPA/SAICA qualified with 3-5 years’ hospitality- Essential Solid accounting knowledge and understanding of IFRS for SMEs / GAAP Proven ability in reconciliations; Demonstrated strong skills in reconciliation, VAT, and supplier management. Proven experience working within multi-entity environments. Strong Excel and Xero (or similar) skills Exhibits high attention to detail and a solutions-focused mindset. Key Responsibilities: Preparation of monthly management accounts and comprehensive financial reports. Management of supplier invoicing, payment processing, and associated reconciliations. Ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of banking, payroll, and cash control processes. Oversight of stock control procedures and support during monthly stock takes. Handling of customer invoicing and effective debtor management. Maintenance and auditing of the Fixed Asset Register. Ensuring compliance with VAT regulations and reconciling VAT returns. Enforcement of internal controls and active contribution to audit readiness. Collaboration across various departments and business units. Package Salary: R 40 000 pm, depending on experience
