About the Role
A well-established company in Cape Town is seeking a reliable and organised Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and provide general administrative and PA support on a fixed-term contract.
Key Responsibilities
- General administrative tasks
- Answering calls and managing correspondence
- Scheduling and coordinating jobs
- Assisting with quotations and filing
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, and team members
- Providing personal assistant support
- Assisting with company vehicle coordination
Requirements
- Previous administrative / PA experience
- Valid drivers licence
- Comfortable using a company vehicle
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Good communication skills (English & Afrikaans)
- Able to work independently and take initiative
Salary & Benefits
R8,000 per month (net)
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 16:00
Contract Period
Start: 1 July 2026
End: 18 December 2026
