About the Role
We are seeking an energetic and relationship-driven Sales Representative to drive sales of our custom, personalized, and branded sachets in industries such as hospitality and beauty. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Consistently meet or exceed Monthly/Quarterly sales targets and volume goals.
- Proactively find and engage potential clients through phone, email, networking, and industry events to introduce our personalized sachet options.
- Help clients customize their sachets (design, material, branding, product type) to meet their specific marketing or operational needs.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients to encourage repeat orders.
- Present tailored solutions and quotes to potential clients, negotiating terms and closing deals to meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
- Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure accurate, timely production and delivery of orders.
- Stay up-to-date on packaging industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
- Conduct regular, daily stock checks in the manufacturing to ensure customer stock is produced and packed according to customer requirements.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in marketing and Sales or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in custom packaging, printing, or a related promotional products industry.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client customization projects simultaneously.
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent problem-solver.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and industry professionals.
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
