Job Summary

Duties & Responsibilities Supervise maintenance and repair of building systems and equipment. Ensure safety, efficiency, and optimal functionality for guests and colleagues. Lead and supervise the maintenance team. Identify and address equipment malfunctions promptly. Coordinate and manage repairs for operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs. Demonstrate strong leadership and supervisory skills. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Utilize expertise in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Stay informed about current building codes and regulations. Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Pay meticulous attention to detail. Possess strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and maintenance management software. Bonus points for experience with energy management systems and involvement in sustainability initiatives. Desired Experience & Qualification Bachelor`s degree or diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 7+ years of experience in maintenance and engineering or a related field. Strong leadership and supervisory skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Knowledge of current building codes and regulations. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
