Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate loan applications for completeness
- Assess creditworthiness using credit scorecards
- Analyze financial statements and SARS documentation
- Engage with clients throughout loan origination
- Collaborate with teams for loan quotes and proposals
- Determine loan pricing, terms, and repayment
- Provide quick and effective customer service
- Contribute to monthly business targets
- Manage loan pipeline and post-close diligence
- Obtain and file financial information
- Collaborate with credit committee
- Improve lending processes
- Operate in compliance with laws and guidelines
Requirements:
- NQF Level 7 – Degree in accounting, business studies, or similar
- 5 years in loan origination/administration
- Familiarity with loan administration, banking software
- Financial/accounting skills, interpret financial data
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Deadline-driven and strong in Excel
Benefits:
- Salary: R300K/yr – R420K/yr, salary negotiable
