Our client is urgently in search of an experienced C# .Net Developer to join their team in Cape Town.

Responsibilities:

• Understand the architecture of the current applications and maintain them
• C#, .NET Framework, Standard, Core
• MS SQL, Entity Framework, LINQ
• Agile methodologies
• Full software development life cycle
• The ability to write code, which is performant, well-formatted, efficient, easily readable, maintainable, appropriately commented and adheres to common best practices.
• Takes initiative to utilise libraries, pair programming, modern language features and tools where appropriate to solve problems efficiently, whilst adopting a pragmatic approach to solution design.
• Responsible for participating in code reviews of own work and leading code reviews of other team member work to ensure a high level of quality.
• Contributes to development of system design policies, standards and selection of architecture components.
• Adopts and adapts system design methods, tools and techniques.
• Attending and participating in daily stand ups, design and specification meetings, showcases and retrospectives as part of the AGILE work practices of the development team.
