About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager with a strong understanding of Digital Marketing to join our innovative agency as we expand our services in Cape Town City Centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, managing multiple accounts and projects, and identifying opportunities to grow our clients’ marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing ongoing support, guidance, and updates on their marketing initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives.
- Oversee the management of client accounts, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and to the highest standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of Digital Marketing strategies, campaigns, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and resolve any issues that may impact timelines or client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to expand the client’s account by introducing new services and Digital Marketing solutions.
- Develop and execute upselling and cross-selling strategies to increase client investment and enhance account profitability.
- Regularly analyse campaign performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Create detailed reports that outline the impact of marketing strategies and provide actionable insights to clients.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Account Management within a Digital Marketing agency or similar environment.
Strong understanding of Digital Marketing services, including SEO, PPC, Meta Ads, Social Media, and other online advertising platforms.
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts, projects, and deadlines while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
