Key Duties: Answer and manage incoming calls Log and track maintenance issues Assign and escalate faults to the team Follow up to ensure jobs are completed Keep accurate records and reports Monitor staff attendance and report absenteeism Assist with general admin tasks Requirements: Strong communication skills Detail-oriented and organised Able to multitask and prioritise Basic maintenance knowledge (advantage) MS Office & Excel skills Professional, confidential, and trustworthy
