Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Set up and manage onsite registration systems for high-end corporate events Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to registration software and hardware Oversee attendee check-ins and badge printing, ensuring a seamless experience Ensure network stability and functionality for all registration stations Collaborate with event staff and IT teams to optimize the registration process Provide detailed post-event reporting and valuable insights Ideal Candidate Requirements: Experience in event registration, event technology, or IT support Strong networking and troubleshooting skills Ability to manage multiple registration stations and staff with ease Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Own transport is required Must reside in and around the City Centre area / V&A waterfront / ICC / Rondebosch
