About the Role

As our Applications Manager, you will be responsible for driving stability, scalability, and innovation in our core business applications. You will lead application architecture, development, integration, and optimisation while ensuring alignment with business strategy and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee core business application roadmaps, system performance, integrity, and availability
Lead end-to-end delivery of application projects using Agile and Scrum methodologies
Drive innovation, automation, and digitalisation to improve operational efficiency
Manage integrations, APIs, and application ecosystems across internal and external platforms
Embed user feedback into backlogs to continuously improve product and system experience

Requirements

10+ years of experience managing business applications and software development environments
7+ years of direct people and team management experience
Experience implementing and optimising core business systems (ERP, CRM, Mobile Apps)
Strong exposure to Agile delivery, DevOps practices, and vendor management
Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration
