Job Summary
Requirements:
Experience: At least 2 years in an assisting management role, with a strong emphasis on sales experience. Completion of a 2-week training program.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, staff management, and inventory control. Lead by example and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability. Participate in the recruitment, training, and mentoring of staff to ensure a high level of performance and customer satisfaction. Foster a positive and professional work environment conducive to employee growth and development. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations. Assist in handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
