About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. As a key member of our project management team, you will play a crucial role in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements to support key projects. You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and optimise workflows, translate business needs into functional specifications, and assist in solution design.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Supply Chain, Logistics, Retail, or a related field
- Preferably some experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Retail environments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with business analysis tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, process mapping) is a plus
