About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. As a key member of our project management team, you will play a crucial role in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements to support key projects. You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and optimise workflows, translating business needs into functional specifications and assisting in solution design.
Key Responsibilities

- Conduct data analysis and provide actionable insights to support decision-making
- Support project management activities and assist in tracking project progress
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with internal teams and external partners
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Supply Chain, Logistics, Retail, or a related field
- Preferably some experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Retail environments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with business analysis tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, process mapping) is a plus

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Supply Chain, Logistics, Retail, or a related field
