About the Role

Innovation Advance, a renowned luxury travel agency with over 30 years of expertise in crafting unforgettable Indian Ocean escapes, is seeking a dynamic Business Development Consultant to champion their travel agent partnerships across the Western Cape. As the face of our company, you will build relationships, drive sales, and ensure agents are equipped to sell exceptional island holidays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents in the Western Cape
  • Drive sales growth and increase revenue for the agency
  • Ensure agents have the necessary tools and support to sell unforgettable island holidays
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement business development strategies
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Sales Executive in the travel industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
