Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver curriculum aligned to skills programmes and short courses to employed learners.
  • Facilitate structured group learning, discussions, and practical application sessions.
  • Lead interactive sessions including discussions, industry-relevant case studies, and applied customised workplace activities.
  • Support learners in understanding and applying concepts within their organisational context.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of training materials in line with accreditation and quality assurance requirements.
  • Ensure assessments, moderation processes, and learner portfolios meet compliance standards.
  • Maintain accurate learner records and documentation in line with QCTO requirements.
  • Monitor learner attendance, progress, and assessment completion.
  • Provide structured learner support and academic guidance.
  • Prepare progress updates and reports for internal teams and corporate clients.

Requirements

  • Academic, education, or vocational training background (Learning & Development, Education, or related field).
  • Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following areas: Cybersecurity, Python, or Web Development.
  • Experience facilitating both accredited skills programmes or structured professional training.
  • Understanding of QCTO processes, assessment principles, and quality assurance requirements (advantageous).
