Job Description

Responsibilities: Generate new business and expand client accounts in clearing and forwarding Build strong, trusted relationships with clients across international trade sectors Understand client shipping needs and propose tailored import/export solutions Negotiate contracts, rates, and service agreements effectively Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth customs clearance and shipment delivery Keep up to date with trade regulations, market trends, and competitor activity Requirements: Proven B2B sales or business development experience (clearing, forwarding, or international logistics) Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Knowledge of customs, import/export documentation, and regulations highly desirable Target-driven, ambitious, and results-oriented Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace

Responsibilities: Generate new business and secure long-term clients Build strong, lasting relationships with businesses of all sizes Present and pitch courier and delivery solutions clearly and persuasively Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs Collaborate with operations to ensure promises to clients are delivered on time Identify market trends and new opportunities to grow revenue Attend networking events or client meetings as required Requirements Proven B2B sales or business development experience (courier experience is essential) 3-5 years experience within the Road Freight industry Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to build relationships at all levels Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
