About the Role
Continuous Improvement Specialist is a critical role in our Cape Town City Centre office, where you will lead and implement projects to drive process improvements across various functions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, develop and execute plans, and track results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across FMCG manufacturing environments
- Develop and manage project plans, resources, and timelines
- Collaborate with diverse teams to achieve business objectives
- Conduct data analysis and interpretation to inform improvement recommendations
Requirements
- Relevant qualification in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline
- 25 years experience in continuous improvement within FMCG, manufacturing, or a similar environment
- Strong working knowledge of the 20 Keys methodology
- Advanced MS Office proficiency (especially Excel)
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
Salary & Benefits
Salary range: R1.2 million – R1.8 million per annum, depending on experience. Please note that this is an internal reference only.
