Finance Assistant: Credit Control l Processing Administrator: Perm Position: Cape Town Responsible for credit control and ensuring timely receipt of balances due: Responsible for the credit control function, including completing payment reconciliations and investigating any reconciling differences Building relationships with customers to keep on top of any due/ overdue payments Managing brand recharges and stock only invoices, including working with the relevant teams to raise invoices in a timely and track these in an appropriate manner Weekly and monthly aged debt reporting and investigation to present to the Financial Accountant Reviewing and reconciling creditor accounts Ad hoc duties as required by the Financial Accountant or Financial Controller Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience: Strong skills across the Microsoft Office suite High standard of accuracy and attention to detail Experienced in working well as part of a team Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Problem solving skills Investigative mindset Relationships Please note: Communication will only be with shortlisted candidates
