Dutch-Speaking Onboarding Specialist Join a Fast-Growing SaaS Company Transforming the Beauty & Wellness Industry Cape Town Central, Gardens | R25,000 R31,000 per month | Dutch Business Hours (CET) About Our Client Our client is a fast-growing SaaS company focused on revolutionising the beauty and wellness industry across Europe. Their salon software platform empowers salons and wellness businesses to digitise, grow, and better serve their clients. With a dynamic and supportive team environment, they are committed to innovation, excellence, and long-term partner success. The Role: Dutch-Speaking Onboarding Specialist As an Onboarding Specialist, youll be responsible for delivering a seamless onboarding experience to new Dutch-speaking salon and wellness partners. This role is essential to ensuring partners successfully adopt the platform and see measurable value from the start. Youll play a key role in enabling client success through product training, support, and relationship-building throughout their first year. Key Responsibilities 2 years experience in onboarding, account management, or customer success roles Deliver virtual onboarding and training sessions in Dutch to new partners Educate salon teams on platform tools to digitise operations and drive adoption Guide partners through key product features and industry best practices Maintain regular check-ins and support to reduce churn risk Identify and resolve adoption or engagement issues early Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams for seamless handovers Monitor onboarding progress and track key KPIs using Salesforce and internal tools About You Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written) 2 years experience in onboarding, account management, partner activation, or customer successideally within SaaS or beauty tech Confident leading training and video calls, with excellent communication skills Comfortable using Salesforce, Google Sheets/Docs, Slack, and MS Office Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities Customer-focused with a flexible communication style Organised and results-driven, able to manage multiple onboarding pipelines Collaborative and team-oriented mindset Nice-to-Haves Experience in the hair, beauty, wellness, or personal care sector Exposure to European or international markets Familiarity with e-commerce or digital transformation platforms
