About the Role
The Finance Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the financial health and stability of our operations in Cape Town City Centre. This experienced professional will be responsible for driving business growth through informed financial decisions, while maintaining compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate monthly management and operational financial reports
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes
- Oversee cash flow forecasting and working capital management
- Ensure adequate store compensation and cost recovery mechanisms
- Manage and develop the finance and operational support team
- Oversee and manage outsourced facilities and service providers
- Align financial and operational projects with overall business objectives
Requirements
- Proven experience in a logistics, warehousing or FMCG distribution environment
- Strong understanding of product flow, SOPs and operational processes
- Solid auditing and accounting knowledge
Qualifications
- Finance-related degree or CA(SA)
