About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. The successful candidate will provide leadership and guidance in operational and financial systems, ensuring seamless management of core finance activities and delivering actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage core finance activities such as accounts payable, reporting, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, tax, compliance, reconciliations, and month-end close
- Deliver actionable insights to support strategic decision-making
- Coordinate external audits and uphold regulatory requirements
- Strengthen financial integrity through robust controls and drive ongoing process improvements
- Liaise with funders, regulators, and other external stakeholders
- Assist with treasury funding initiatives and due diligence reviews
- Track financial performance, identify opportunities for cost savings, and evaluate business risks
- Foster a high-performance culture by collaborating with operational teams, mentoring finance staff, and supporting senior leadership
Requirements
- SAICA articles
- Minimum 4 years in a management position
- Experience in the FMCG space

Degree plus experience CA(SA)
