About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead our finance team in Cape Town City Centre, providing strategic guidance and expertise in operational and financial systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial services that drive business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, guidance, and subject matter expertise (SME) in operational and financial systems, including system implementation and adoption
- Manage core finance activities such as accounts payable, reporting, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, tax, compliance, reconciliations, and month-end close
- Deliver actionable insights to support strategic decision-making
- Coordinate external audits and uphold regulatory requirements
- Strengthen financial integrity through robust controls and drive ongoing process improvements
- Liaise with funders, regulators, and other external stakeholders
- Assist with treasury funding initiatives and due diligence reviews
- Track financial performance, identify opportunities for cost savings, and evaluate business risks
- Foster a high-performance culture by collaborating with operational teams, mentoring finance staff, and supporting senior leadership
- Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by the CFO

- SAICA articles
- 4 years in a management position
- Experience in the FMCG space
Qualifications
Degree plus experience CA(SA) advantageous
