Job Summary

A reliable Services Provider in the Facilities Management industry is seeking a Financial Administrator and Assistant to join their team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will need to have a basic understanding and knowledge of financial and accounting concepts. You will need to be able to reconcile accounts as required in the Finance department. Accuracy and attention to detail will be suitable for this position as you will be picking up mistakes on invoices/documents and be able to correct them. Job Summary

Key Responsibilities: Bookkeeping & Accounting: Maintain financial records, process transactions, and ensure accurate reporting. Assist with the financial aspects of bid submissions and documentation. Oversee invoicing, payment tracking, and project financial administration. Ensure adherence to industry standards and assist with audit preparation. Manage cash flow, expense tracking, and financial documentation. Ideal Candidate Profile: A Diploma in Accounting or Bookkeeping . Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role. Industry background is open, though exposure to engineering, construction, or consulting will be an advantage. Strong computer literacy and familiarity with financial software. Independent worker capable of managing tasks remotely, as the majority of the team is based in Johannesburg. Job Summary

A dynamic and well-established packaging company based in Montague Gardens is looking for a Financial Administrator to join their team on a fixed-term contract of four months. This role requires someone highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to handle financial admin with accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Process all invoices upon receipt of signed delivery notes. Develop and maintain an effective and organised filing system. Handle debtor queries based on remittance advices or as required. Send invoices, statements, signed delivery notes, and any other requested documents to customers to ensure timely resolution of queries and facilitate payment. Assist in the follow-up of outstanding delivery notes to ensure records are complete and up-to-date. Requirements: Available immediately Proven experience in a financial administration role (creditors and/or debtors). Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel). Ability to communicate professionally with internal teams and external clients. Experience in document management and filing systems. Must be able to work independently and meet deadlines.
