About the Role
Scholtz Partners International is seeking an experienced Internal Sales Representative to join their client’s team, operating within the FMCG sector. The successful candidate will work with a well-established supplier of wholesale bakery ingredients, exposing them to leading retail brands and food manufacturers.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new sales opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely delivery of products and resolving any issues promptly
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and improve product offerings
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry developments to provide expert advice to clients
Requirements
- At least 2 years FMCG sales experience (food industry essential)
- Minimum 2 years experience within the food industry
- Strong computer literacy and ability to adapt to CRM systems
- Experience with Pastel (advantageous)
- Strong command of the English language
- Professional telephone manner
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
