About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Head Butler to lead a high-performing team and deliver world-class service aligned with the highest luxury hospitality standards in Cape Town. As a key member of our luxury hotel team, you will be responsible for elevating the guest experience through anticipatory service, seamless operations, and strong team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and inspire the butler team to deliver flawless service
- Ensure exceptional, personalised experiences for VIP and luxury guests
- Oversee daily operations of the Butler Service and guest touchpoints
- Drive guest satisfaction, loyalty, and preference tracking
- Manage inventory, cost control, and departmental efficiencies
- Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, F&B, Front Office & Engineering
- Maintain and enhance luxury service standards and procedures
- Handle guest feedback and ensure swift resolution of concerns
Requirements
- Experience in a luxury hotel or butler leadership role
- Strong background in F&B service and guest relations
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proven leadership and team development ability
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and service excellence
Qualifications
- Qualification in Hospitality or Butler training (advantageous)
