About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and proactive Home Loan Consultant to join our team in Somerset West, Cape Town. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in helping clients secure their dream homes while contributing to the growth of our finance business.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and build a strong referral network
- Guide clients through the home loan application process
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain excellent client relationships
Requirements
- 23 years of external sales experience (finance, insurance, etc.)
- Self-motivated, confident, and proactive
- Own a reliable vehicle & valid drivers license
- Clear credit record (no debt review/adverse listings)
Qualifications
No formal education or certifications are required for this role.
Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary: R15,000
Settling-In Allowance:
- Month 13: R10,000
- Month 4: R6,000
- Month 5: R4,000
- Month 6: R3,000
Commission: 0.3% on deals closed (minimum monthly target: R2.5 million)
