About the Role
The Immigration Sales Consultant will be responsible for managing leads, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional client service in Cape Town City Centre. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of current legislation surrounding immigration.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and maintain monthly revenue targets set by the company
- Provide clients with true and accurate information at all times
- Respond to new leads within 24 hours
- Provide caseworkers with timely submission of client data for visa/permit processes
- Procure partners linked to the Immigration Industry to develop passive lead throughput
- Maintain constructive & professional relationships with all staff
- Contribute to a happy and productive working environment

- Proficiency in immigration legislation and regulations
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software systems
