The Role: Inside Sales Representative This role exists to support the company’s growth through efficient sales operations, customer relationship management, and accurate quotation handling. You’ll play a key part in developing new business opportunities, maintaining client accounts, and ensuring smooth coordination between customers, vendors, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support, inside sales, or customer service within a commercial or industrial setting Generate quotes, project setups, sales leads, and bid documentation with accuracy and timeliness Manage and update CRM data to ensure all customer information is current and complete Support Account Representatives with client communications and order management Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers through proactive engagement Evaluate bids, collect vendor quotes, and ensure compliance with specifications Prepare reports and maintain organized records of correspondence and sales activity Collaborate with teammates during meetings, training sessions, and team initiatives About You At least 2 years of experience in inside sales, administration, or customer support Strong mathematical and analytical ability with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proactive, reliable, and able to work effectively under pressure Team player with a positive, solutions-focused attitude
