Cape Town City Centre: Instrumentation Technician

Fast moving production Company with a global footprint, is seeking an Instrumentation Technician for their production facility in Cape Town. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the installation, calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of a wide range of machinery instrumentation. Furthermore: Install, calibrate, and maintain process instrumentation (pressure, temperature, flow, level, etc.), troubleshoot and repair instrumentation problems, perform preventative maintenance activities, prepare and maintain documentation, as well as work with Engineers on new projects.  Requirements: Diploma or certificate in Instrumentation Technology or Electrical Engineering OR Relevant Trade Test 4 years of experience in a production environment Driver’s license and own vehicle Ability to work independently Siemens PLC Programming experience  Kindly note that if you have not received any feedback 2 weeks after your application, please consider your application unsuccessful.
