About the Role
The IT Call Planner is responsible for managing and tracking reported faults on the system, ensuring timely dispatch of technicians, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Log all customers reported faults on the system.
- Manage and track the reported fault.
- Dispatch the Technicians to attend to the reported fault.
- Capture the reported fault progress status on the system.
- Update both internal and external customers wrt fault logged.
- Ensure you receive all Job Cards back from technicians.
- Process all Job Cards on the system.
- Ensure all documentation is filled.
- Update multiple systems where needed.
