About the Role
As a Financial Services Representative in our Agricultural Sector, you will play a vital role in promoting and marketing financing products to clients, while also providing excellent customer service and managing client accounts. You will be responsible for monitoring crop production, compiling reports, and maintaining strong internal relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and market financing products to clients
- Process and manage credit applications
- Handle client account queries and provide excellent customer service
- Manage and support clients with financing-related matters
- Monitor crop production and compile relevant reports
- Manage, report on, and recover overdue accounts
- Maintain and grow the financing portfolio within the assigned area
- Build and maintain strong internal relationships
- Prepare cash flow budgets and analyse financial statements
- Attend and represent the company at information days and events
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
- Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English (written and verbal)
- Strong computer literacy (MS Office)
