Job Description

REQUIREMENTS Matric, Information Technology Degree or related certification Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role Managing approximately 50 computer users Excellent communication skills Ability to work well in a team as well as independently Friendly and supportive demeanour to work within a creative team Interest in AI and programming advantageous DUTIES Oversee and maintain the office network and all connectivity infrastructure Ensure robust data security and compliance with best-practice standards Provide and maintain appropriate hardware and software tools for all staff Deliver timely and effective technical support to resolve issues as they arise Manage technical resources and internal/external support services Ensure system stability and rapid recovery in the event of downtime Manage and maintain relationships with technology vendors and suppliers Plan and control the technical budget in alignment with company objectives Administer system and physical access control Ensure the security of the office environment and IT assets Develop, implement, and maintain risk management and disaster recovery plans Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience Join us on SOCIAL MEDIA or visit our WEBSITE for more information.
