About the Role
We are seeking a Junior Conveyancer to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. As a key member of our conveyancing department, you will be responsible for assisting with the preparation and submission of property transactions, as well as providing administrative support to the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and submission of property transactions
- Provide administrative support to the conveyancing team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
- Conduct research and provide guidance on conveyancing matters
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
- Admitted Attorney and Conveyancer
- At least 1 year experience in conveyancing
- Own car and valid driver’s license
- Afrikaans/English proficiency (non-negotiable)
Qualifications
- Formal education in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification
