About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. As a key member of our sales and marketing department, you will be responsible for managing existing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Events co-ordination from inception to delivery
  • Client Communication: Continually keep clients informed about legal and general changes in the legislation
  • Marketing Material: Ensure that updated marketing material is highly visible in all offices of agents
  • Database Management: Hosting and facilitation of client and internal events, including training of estate agents
  • Reporting: Weekly progress reports to clients and Quarterly preparation of target | budget reports
  • Market Presence: Maintain a highly visible presence in the market place
  • Liaison: Act as liaison between the branch and the client

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Public Relations
  • Marketing Relevant working experience in similar role (recommended)
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Industry related knowledge e.g. bonds, transfers & estate agencies (advantageous)
