Job Description: Develop and lead a cohesive electrical design team Implement strategies to optimize team performance and collaboration Perform CAD design tasks, including 3D modelling and the creation of 2D drawings Maintain accurate product data within customer PDM systems. Support customer order engineering requests and prioritize design projects Ensure efficient utilization of design resources based on customer requirements Maintain and establish strong customer relationships to prioritize design resource allocation Assess results for comparison against customer requirements and design standards Manage project timelines to achieve milestones and promptly address deviations. Requirements: Minimum 15 years of post-graduate engineering design experience, (preferably wiring design and controller integration in electrical design) Capable of leveraging AI-enabled engineering and digital tools Open to travel internationally Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Computer literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Attention to detail Qualification: BEng, BSc or BTech Degree in Electrical Engineering Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
