About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Lead Product Manager to drive strategic product decisions in our e-commerce platform, leveraging their expertise to build scalable solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Owning and driving the product roadmap across core retail and commerce platforms
- Working closely with engineering, operations, buying, planning, logistics and commercial teams
- Improving systems linked to supplier management, purchase orders and open-to-buy workflows
- Enhancing catalogue setup, product attributes, content publishing and taxonomy
- Creating better stock visibility, allocation and availability across channels
- Supporting pricing tools, promotional pricing, markdowns and pricing experiments
- Improving checkout flows, payment integrations, conversion and failure recovery
- Driving fulfilment improvements across delivery, returns and customer self-service
- Leading cross-functional squads through discovery, delivery and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in a related field
- 7 years’ product management experience
- Experience in e-commerce, retail technology or commerce platform products
- Strong product roadmap ownership experience
- Experience working with engineering and commercial teams
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making ability
- SQL knowledge
Qualifications
- Retail systems knowledge would be advantageous
