About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant to provide high-quality support to our team in Cape Town City Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, providing excellent administrative skills, and maintaining a high level of compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide full-function administrative support
  • Liaise with service providers as directed by management
  • Handle FICA administration and follow up to ensure compliance requirements are met
  • Coordinate with the accounts department on debtor management
  • Manage diaries and scheduling
  • Maintain and organise file administration
  • Perform general office duties, including document copying
  • Assist with basic time capturing and billing processes

Requirements

Previous experience as a legal administrative assistant

Strong working knowledge of MS Office

Grade 12 (Matric)

Experience working on Legal Suite
