As Marketing Manager, you’ll take ownership of our strategic marketing execution and play a pivotal role in driving business growth, brand transformation, and internal culture development. Strategic Marketing Execution • Define and communicate what makes CallForce unique, moving us beyond generic outsourcing to a trusted, premium partner. • Build a Consistent Pipeline: Implement a structured go-to-market approach that drives predictable lead generation and deal closure. • Drive Strategic Execution: Translate brand positioning into operational tools, proof points, and measurable impact.Brand & Communications • Manage and evolve our brand identity across all platforms. • Ensure consistent messaging and storytelling that reflects our values and differentiators .Digital & Demand Generation • Lead SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media initiatives across our key markets. Integrate productised solutions and third-party technologies into the marketing strategy to enhance our offering.Sales & Marketing Alignment • Establish clear roles and accountability between sales and marketing teams. • Identify capability gaps and provide recommendations to strengthen resources across sales, marketing, and operations. Events & Partnerships • Plan and support industry events, webinars, and client engagement activities. • Build and nurture relationships with external partners and vendors to amplify brand reach. Internal HR Communications & Culture Building • Lead internal communication strategies that reinforce our high-performance culture. • Collaborate with HR to attract like-minded talent and grow the CallForce community. • Champion initiatives that celebrate team success, foster engagement, and align employees with our mission .Reporting & Analysis • Track marketing KPIs and campaign ROI. • Deliver regular performance insights to leadership to inform strategic decisions. We are looking for You: • A strategic thinker with 5 years of marketing experience, ideally in BPO, tech, or service industries. • Proven success in B2B marketing, brand positioning, and lead generation. • Experience working across international markets (USA, UK, South Africa preferred). • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. • A collaborative mindset and a desire to be part of a flexible, agile, and purpose-driven team. • A passion for growth, innovation, and creating real impact. Job Description

Skills & Experience 810 years proven experience in a marketing role, ideally in B2B software, SaaS, or eCommerce. Track record of supporting customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Consistent history of achieving lead-generation and revenue-support targets. Experience across inbound and outbound marketing. Strong knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and social media strategy. Proficiency with Google Ads, analytics tools, and paid media platforms. Experience with CRM and automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in an entrepreneurial, results-driven environment. Understanding of SaaS, B2B sales cycles, ERP systems, or eCommerce is highly advantageous. International marketing experience is a plus. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with senior leadership to define and deliver the marketing plan. Own the execution of all marketing initiatives and campaigns. Manage and optimise marketing budgets for maximum ROI. Monitor marketing effectiveness using defined KPIs and metrics. Develop strategies to strengthen brand positioning, grow awareness, and generate inbound leads. Oversee the marketing funnel: content, campaigns, ads, landing pages, email, and social media. Manage SEO audits, content calendars, the company blog, and PPC activities. Ensure the website remains updated and optimised, working closely with technical teams. Identify and test new marketing channels to improve lead generation and engagement. Coordinate creative assets for conferences, events, and promotional materials. Use tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and reporting dashboards to track results. Create and manage video content for campaigns, demos, and client testimonials. Produce sales collateral such as case studies, brochures, and presentations. Partner with industry stakeholders on co-marketing activities (webinars, podcasts, guest posts, etc). Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide strategy. Gather and manage customer feedback to improve marketing effectiveness and client satisfaction. Collaborate with product teams to feed insights from the market into development.

Job Description

Duties: Own and be responsible for the brand and the Foundation: performance, strategy, creative, outputs and reporting. Ensuring quality and consistency of all outputs Creating and managing a budget, in collaboration with the Marketing Director Implementation of agreed upon and devised strategy on a twofold approach: Conservation, community, ecological sustainability and upliftment Commercial (for-profit) division that is inclusive of safari camps and lodges Drive revenue generation for the brand, opening up new channels for growth Providing linkage between Brand and Foundation with Foundation inspiring content for brand communications Consolidating all marketing activities into a unified approach both B2B and B2C Management of Sales & Marketing integrated system Ensuring a consistent brand identity across all touch points Drive brand and Foundation outputs with the internal team (Head of Content, Head of Digital) and agency partners Creating briefs and briefing teams Delivering on brand positioning Delighting luxury high end consumers Seeing projects from inception through to execution Collaborate closely with the brand to deliver the Connected Adventure portfolio strategy Driving database growth with consistent communication strategy Identify trends and incorporate responses and action plans that will allow the brand to remain competitive and pioneering Working with the Head of Digital to drive the application and implementation of traditional marketing elements Digital marketing Marketing contributions and management Working with the marketing team for digital review of all electronic resources and platforms including Wetu, fact sheets, maps, infographics etc Print media development and implementation and correction Drive quality design Requirements: Grade 12 Degree/Diploma in Marketing and/or Marketing Communications and/or Brand Management Minimum 10 years working experience Experience in Luxury Hospitality Experience in Conservation (advantageous) Passion for philanthropy Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing Experience in digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing Ability to be strategic and have creative judgement Ability to derive analytical insights and actions from marketing metrics Strong project management skills An advanced level of computer literacy with special focus on use of marketing systems, as well as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook Informed decision-making ability imperative Ownership and responsibility to drive all brand and Foundation related matters An excellent knowledge and understanding of the luxury sector and the calibre of clientele that are targeted A sound ability to both strategize, and execution is key Commercial focus to drive revenue generation Have an in depth understanding of marketing, communications and brand strategy Fully literate and numerate with the ability to perform relevant calculations, statistics, and be able to interpret basic accounts and financial statements and reports Ability to focus and prioritize Ability to effectively listen, collaborate, communicate and perform diplomatically with internal and external stakeholders, guests and staff in all situations Humble, yet driven with a track record of performance Team player who demonstrates the ability to build and develop successful team The ability to work through periods of high demand and ready to work on weekends Ability to work in a fast-paced environment A passion for the industry, have a positive attitude and the ability to think out of the box Assertiveness, patience and good organizational skills A meticulous degree of pride in their personal presentation A highly self-motivated self-starter Ability to work independently as well as within a group
