Minimum requirements: Matric is essential, with a tertiary qualification beneficial Intermediate computer skills Experience in the legal services industry would be advantageous Courier Operations: Managing all administrative aspects of internal courier requests and delivery services Coordinating shipments with courier services: (Scheduling pickups, booking deliveries, and preparing necessary documentation – invoices, waybills, tracking records) Maintaining accurate records of shipments, inventory, and other relevant data, using courier software – Microsoft Office applications Receiving, processing, managing customer requests Maintaining accurate records of shipments, inventory, and other relevant data, using courier software – Microsoft Office applications Archiving Administration: Stock retrievals, management and co-ordination of deliveries and data capturing Postal and Messenger services: Internal mail, docex, franking, collections and deliveries Multitask services: Support in photocopying and print room services (photocopying, printing, laminating, binding, paginations and document scanning) Support with coordination of Facilities Services Front Line support (Reception) Health and Safety support Service Provider Liaison Wills Administration Competencies: Customer focused and service oriented Establishing good relationship with all departmentsand colleagues Display attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multitask Positive outlook, team player and willingness to learn Reliable and well organised Independent worker Good written and verbal communication skills Reliable and responsible Consultant: Stephnie Taljaard – Dante Personnel Cape Town
