About the Role
The Company, a leading Property Management Company, is seeking a highly capable and commercially astute Finance Manager to take full ownership of the finance function across its growing hospitality and property management group. This role requires a balance of technical accounting excellence, strategic thinking, and operational leadership.

- Strategic Finance & Commercial Oversight
- Financial Management & Reporting
- Accounting, Tax & Compliance
- Systems, Controls & Process Optimisation
- Revenue Assurance & Reconciliations
- Payroll & Payment Management
- Client Finance & Billing
- Maintain accurate accounting records
- Assist with raising finance for developments
- Manage directors’ personal and trust accounting
- Conduct reviews and identify cost-reduction opportunities
- Support all ad hoc finance requirements
Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (SA)
- BCom Hons
- Completed articles will be considered
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
- Proficient on Xero, SimplePay and SARS e-Filing
- 36 years post-articles experience in a multi-entity or hospitality/property company
