About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Coordinator to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. As a German-speaking professional with excellent communication skills, you will be responsible for handling medical and travel insurance claims, responding to email enquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • German fluency (written and verbal)
  • Professional experience using German

  • Matric or relevant tertiary qualification
  • Previous work experience in Medical Assistance, Insurances, Claims Handling or Tourism is advantageous
  • German language proficiency certificate (B2 or higher)
