About the Role

The Onboarding Co-ordinator plays a vital role in ensuring seamless onboarding processes for our delivery teams, working closely with various departments to provide accurate and up-to-date information. With a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills, this role requires a proactive and organized individual who can manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all validation steps are followed and completed accurately
  • Complete any bespoke requests
  • Ensure all details provided to the delivery teams are accurate and up-to-date
  • Work alongside sales and PMO to ensure a smooth delivery
  • Creating orders on bespoke systems (Nova)
  • Attending meetings where needed to ensure projects are validated correctly with a right first-time mentality
  • To onboard customer to the company portal
  • Ensure all cancellations are passed to the relevant teams in line with SLA
  • Any other Ad-hoc duties

Requirements

Keen eye for detail, Confidence to escalate where needed, Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, Experience in Microsoft applications, Ability to manage your own workload in a fast-paced environment.
