About the Role
The Research & Development Manager will lead the development of innovative fertilizer products, driving research initiatives across lab, greenhouse, and field trials to improve product performance and crop yield outcomes. This role requires a strong technical background in Agronomy, Soil Science, Chemistry, or Biotechnology, as well as proven R&D experience in fertilizers, crop nutrition, or Agri-inputs.

Requirements
- Master’s Degree in a field of Biotechnology (Biochemistry, Microbiology, Plant Physiology, Chemistry) or Traditional Agronomy
- A minimum of 10 years experience in the Agriculture Industry
- 5 years of experience leading teams
- Fluent in Afrikaans/English would be advantageous
