About the Role

The Production Manager position is a critical role within our operations team, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our milling, packaging, and mixing departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing Milling, Packaging & Mixing operations
  • Achieving production and extraction targets
  • Minimizing downtime and maximizing plant efficiency
  • Leading, training, and performance-managing production teams
  • Ensuring food safety, hygiene, and plant safety compliance
  • Overseeing maintenance schedules
  • Managing production materials and ingredients stock levels
  • Driving bran sales to prevent overstock

Requirements

  • Proven experience in milling or food production
  • Strong leadership and technical ability
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Solid reporting and administrative capability
  • High standards of accountability and discipline

Qualifications

  • Qualification in Engineering, Operations or Management
