About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales & Business Representative to join our team in Cape Town City Centre, responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients in the skincare industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective business development and customer engagement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with salon and spa owners, managers, and other key decision-makers
  • Provide product knowledge and training to clients on our range of skincare products
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

Requirements

  • Professional command of English (speak & write)
  • Reliable car with insurance and valid driver’s license
  • Recognized, international qualification in Beauty Therapy / Skin Care or Somatology
  • At least ONE year in Business to business sales – visiting salons & spas
  • Highly motivated by sales and targets

Qualifications

  • Formal education/certifications in Beauty Therapy / Skin Care or Somatology (if applicable)

Salary & Benefits

  • R18,000 – R23,000 Fixed Basic Salary per month (Based on Experience in Sales)
