The Senior Business Analyst (Retail & Supply Chain) will play a pivotal role in analysing, designing, and optimizing business processes across retail operations, logistics, and supply chain functions. This individual will work closely with cross-functional stakeholdersincluding merchandising, procurement, distribution, IT, and financeto identify opportunities for improvement, define business requirements, and ensure successful delivery of initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. Key Responsibilities Business Analysis & Requirements Management Lead end-to-end business analysis for projects within the retail and supply chain domains. Conduct detailed requirements gathering through workshops, interviews, and data analysis. Translate business needs into clear, comprehensive business and functional requirement documents (BRDs/FRDs). Ensure traceability of requirements through the project lifecycle and manage changes effectively. Process Analysis & Improvement Map current (“as-is”) processes and design optimized (“to-be”) processes for retail operations, procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution. Identify inefficiencies and recommend data-driven solutions to improve speed, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness. Work with business and IT teams to ensure new processes and systems align with strategic objectives.
