About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Snr Electronic Hardware Design Engineer to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and testing Large Range Units (LRUs). With at least 10 years of post-graduate experience in PCB design and routing, simulation and analysis, development processes and testing procedures, you will play a crucial role in driving our product’s success.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and test LRUs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design meets requirements
- Develop and maintain design documentation and standards
- Conduct tests and validate design performance
Requirements
- At least 10 years of post-graduate experience in PCB design and routing
- 2+ years of High Speed Digital design experience (50GbE to 100GbE)
- Proficiency with Altium and LTspice (or a program similar to LTspice)
- Familiarity with DO and/or MIL standards
Qualifications
- Completed BEng Degree in Electronic Engineering (Hons or Masters will be beneficial)
