Strong communication, attention to detail, and a warm, friendly attitude is essential, along with a willingness to take on tasks as needed. If you are motivated enough to provide exceptional service and grow in the spa industry, we would love to hear from you. What is required? The Front Desk Coordinator supports the Spa Manager in managing daily operations at the Spa Front Desk and within the Spa Facilities. They ensure smooth administration and coordination of Spa, Salon, Fitness, and Wellness Facilities, maintaining efficiency and adherence to company standards. Minimum Requirements Grade 12 or equivalent. Experience working as a Spa Host / Receptionist in a Spa/Wellness Centre. MS Office, Excel and ESP. Opera cloud knowledge will be extremely advantageous.
