LUXURY CLUSTER STORE MANAGER

Cape Town | Constantia & Somerset Region
R24 000 + Commission

Khula Human Capital is seeking a dynamic, polished, and results-driven Luxury Cluster Store Manager to oversee multiple high-end retail locations within the Constantia and Somerset areas. Must have own car and willing to travel between stores.

We will NOT consider any candidates that do not have current luxury retail management experience.

This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned retail professional with a passion for luxury brands, exceptional client service, and strong leadership capability.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 (Matric essential)
  • Minimum 4 years experience in a luxury retail management role
  • Proven track record in sales performance and team leadership
  • Own reliable transport
  • Willing and able to travel between Constantia and Somerset West
  • Impeccable grooming and presentation aligned with luxury standards

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple store locations
  • Drive sales targets, KPIs, and profitability
  • Lead, motivate, and develop high-performing retail teams
  • Deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience at all times
  • Manage stock control, merchandising, and visual standards
  • Analyse sales reports and implement strategic improvements
  • Ensure operational excellence, compliance, and brand alignment
  • Handle customer queries and resolve escalations professionally
  • Recruit, train, and performance-manage staff
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
